It’s easy to get annoyed over a low baller, an unjust return or a series of comments on your listings. How can we not? We put a lot of effort into what we do!
Hold back your initial reaction and think about it – is your response snarky? Did you take that a little too personal? Is this how you really want to run your business? Isn’t this just part of it all?
I like to keep it professional. I take the emotion out of the situation and respond accordingly. Taking things a little too personally might influence an undesirable result.
