Seems obvious, but let’s just put it out there ! Don’t fill those polymailers (or boxes!) to the brim! Avoid it if at all possible. Leave a little space so that people have means to open it. Or, if using a box, put some space fillers to protect the item. Most people use a knife or scissors to cut through the packaging, and it can go straight through to the item. Oops! ✂️

Many resellers spend time talking about how they package a sale and what goes into it – protective coverings, tissue paper, thank you cards. All that effort goes to waste if someone accidentally cuts through it. Be care and leave a gap !
